T.E.A.M.E. (The Employee Attitude Measurement and Evaluation)

Spot That Zebra identifies, examines and evaluates the inadequate or under-development of management and leadership at all levels within the organisation. By their very nature, these types of analyses are impossible to do from within an organisation. They require a professional, objective approach, which combines the appropriate amount of confidentiality, personal contact and empathetic understanding.

Through the use of personal interviews and carefully constructed, user-friendly questionnaires, we identify and evaluate the individual strengths and growth areas for every person who has staff reporting to him / her - throughout your company. Specifically we measure:

  • How they perceive the performance of their manager / supervisor / team leader - according to their actual experience.
  • How they feel about specific issues, strategies, initiatives within the department / branch / organisation and how this impacts on the manager / supervisor / team leader.
  • How they feel about working for the organisation itself.

If teamwork and team building is to be evaluated this programme has been developed to incorporate a circular (360°) measurement. Here the strengths of each team member (including the team leader) is assessed.

In this exercise, each person rates themselves and every other team member. The resulting TEAM MEMBER INDEX (TMI) is an itemised comparison between the self-evaluation scores and those awarded to individuals by their fellow team members.

Some questions we guarantee to answer include:

  • Are training courses giving your organisation the benefits they offer?
  • What are the specific strengths of individual managers / supervisors / team leaders?
  • To what degree are individuals committed to the implementation of organisational strategies?

Real-time projects can also be undertaken where results are available throughout the 'interviewing' process.

  • Develop specific strategies to overcome clearly defined problems.
  • Develop individual managers / leaders / supervisors in the specific skills required
